Wonderful dining experience. Tried the bison entrecote and the scallops and they were excellent. They offer a varied desert menu with something for every taste. Recommend highly and will return again.

Bison to die for. Fantastic set menu for a whole range of tasters and different ways to experience bison meat. All of them unique and taste buds provoking. Local wines were delightful and light. Limoncello the perfect finish

An incredible place dedicated to bison meat. I had the bison burger, which was delightful and was more than I could have asked for. My dining companion had the hachis Parmentier, which was equally tasty. There are very many ways to experience the bison meat here, and I will definitely return to try other dishes!
